just outside Cadgwith Cove, Higher Ledra stands on its own and offers
complete relaxation and privacy. Views over Cadgwith village and a
panoramic view of the sea all help to make this a very special place
to stay. The house has been very tastefully furnished to a high standard
and the owners really feel that this is their much loved second home.
Accommodation
Porch leads into very large entrance hallway. Kitchen: very attractive
large kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge with freezer
compartment. Lounge/Dining Room: very comfortably furnished with colour
T.V. and CD/radio player. Calor gas coal effect stove. Doors lead
out to small conservatory from which to enjoy a spectacular sea view.
Doors from conservatory lead out to the garden.
Three Bedrooms. One Single Bedroom. One Double Bedded room. One Twin
Bedded room.
Bathroom: with bath, shower and W.C. Separate W.C. Utility Room: with
washing machine. Situated below main living area.
Garden: the garden surrounds the property. Heating: night storage
and calor gas stove. Payphone. N.B. No Smoking please.
