The Lizard Peninsula is continually offering small treasures along its coastline and Porthallow, a small fishing village, is gently tucked away from all the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Here you will wake up to seagulls and bird song. Situated only 100 metres from the beach you will find Cove Cottage sits next to the stream in the bottom of the valley – this is a very sheltered spot and you can relax or barbeque in the pretty garden with a bridge over the stream. The Five Pilchards is the local pub and offers delicious food. St Keverne is only two miles away and here you will find a general stores, butchers, two good pubs and restaurant From here you can explore the rest of Cornwall and happily return to tranquillity and peace.
