| The
village of Coverack offers everything you need for a memorable holiday in a quaint
Cornish fishing village. As you arrive in Coverack you see the harbour surrounded
by pretty cottages. One of those is Pretoria and from the house you have wonderful
sea views as well as all home comforts and a sheltered garden from which to enjoy
sunny days. From Coverack the rest of Cornwall is all on your doorstep with its
beautiful sandy beaches, sheltered fishing coves and tranquil river settings.
There is much to explore but you may not even want to leave the village as here
you can enjoy a drink and good meal at the Paris Inn, local fresh fish dishes
at The Lifeboat House, a cream tea at the Harbour Lights tearooms. For the more
energetic there are regular windsurfing cases here and there are always the wonderful
cliff walks along some of the most beautiful coastline in Cornwall.

Ground Floor: Entrance hallway leads into dining
room with attractive granite inglenook. Dining table and chairs.
Steps lead down to Kitchen: newly fitted with oil fired Aga,
electric cooker, microwave. Utility Room: with washing machine.
Lounge: attractively furnished with granite inglenook fireplace
with multi fuel burning stove. Sky Plus and DVD player.
First Floor: Two Double Bedrooms . One Twin Bedded room all
with sea views. Bathroom: with bath, WC and washbasin.
Heated towel rail. Separate WC. Shower room. Large second lounge
with wall to wall windows to enjoy the wonderful sea views. Stable
door leads out to the garden. Heating: night storage
heaters, electric heating and multi fuel burning stove. Parking:
on the roadside or in one of the two car parks in the village. You
are able to pull up at the end of the footpath to unload. Garden:
large garden with seating areas. Special note: the bedrooms
are multi-level and some of the stairs are quite steep. Payphone
available.
