Tucked away surrounded by woodland you wouldn’t know that you were just 500 yards from the sea! A short walk down the hill and you will find one of the most picturesque fishing villages in Cornwall. You will pass a row of thatched cottages and then go down to the beach where you can watch the fishermen landing their daily catch. Cadgwith Cove provides a brilliant pub offering great food and drink together with sea shanty singing and folk music, the Old Cellars Café and a small fish shop offering some of the best crab and lobster in the area. Return to Little Orchard, a spacious apartment with a large decking area where birdsong greets you providing a bit of sanctuary from the outside world.

COUNTRY STYLE KITCHEN: with dining table and chairs, electric double oven cooker, washing machine, fridge with freezer compartment and microwave. BEDROOM: with king sized bed. SHOWER ROOM: with extra large shower, wash basin, W.C. and heated towel rail. OUTSIDE: large decking area with table and chairs overlooking woodland. HEATING: oil fired central heating and log burning stove. PETS: welcome. PARKING: space for one car in private car parking area 30 yards from the entrance. SPECIAL NOTES: Little Orchard is the lower ground floor apartment of the main house – The Orchard. The owners live in the main house and are completely separate. We don’t want to leave. It’s such a lovely place to stay and life has slowed to a gentle pace of dog walks, beach time and nights in the Cadgwith Cove Inn. Super private place with really large decking area fully enclosed. Location is superb as it's just around the corner from a fab pub and the cove. Cadgwith is a lovely place to totally decompress, walk the South West coast path, eat seafood, listen to sea shanties and enjoy life by the sea. We definitely intend to return to Little Orchard. Thank you for your hospitality and the little personal touches. Particularly loved the flowers in the kitchen and the orange tree on the patio table!

A very cosy and beautiful place to stay. We immediately felt very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped and everything was very clean. The owner is also very nice and helpful. The area is very beautiful and you can walk to the lovely fishing village of Cadgwith in less than 5 minutes. There is a small fishmonger’s right in the centre where you can buy fresh fish every day, or you can buy direct from the fishermen at their boats when they come back. You can also reach the very beautiful Kennack Sands beach in just a few minutes by car. I can only recommend the place! Thanks for a great stay.
