Step inside this beautiful Cornish fishing village of Cadgwith Cove and set amongst the traditional fishermen’s cottages you will find a converted traditional Cornish pilchard loft – Jimmer’s Court – with exceptional views of the sea and the cove. The large picture window is better than any TV screen as it changes every day with the weather, the light and the daily activities of the fishermen launching their boats out to sea. This rather grand building has been divided into three apartments and Jimmer’s Court enjoys easy living with a ground and first floor. Whether you are a couple wanting a getaway break or a family wanting to build sandcastles then this is the perfect place for you.

ACCOMMODATION: GROUND FLOOR: long entrance hall. Door to garage room with washing machine, tumble drier and wash basin. Plenty of space for beach items, wet suits etc. SINGLE BEDROOM and TWIN BEDDED ROOM: with views out to the river. SHOWER ROOM: with power shower, WC, washbasin and mirror cupboard. FIRST FLOOR: KITCHEN: fully equipped with oven/microwave combi, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. LOUNGE/DINING ROOM: tastefully furnished, with large picture window providing a glorious south facing view of the fishing boats, beach and sea, TV satellite and DVD player, telephone, and WiFi. DOUBLE BEDROOM: with window overlooking the river. HEATING: Gas central heating throughout. COURTYARD: drying area at rear. PARKING: there is a shared parking space just outside. If parking is not available then there is a parking permit for the village car park in the house. SPECIAL NOTES: Towels provided. Unsuitable for children under 5 years old. June, Derek and family The location of the cottage was perfect - it was quiet and it was lovely to look out at the harbour and the sea. The cottage was clean and tidy. The quality of the furnishings was good and comfortable, and in particular the kitchen equipment and crockery was first class. If we were ever in Cornwall again we would want to stay at 1 Jimmer's Court. Thank you for contributing to a wonderful holiday for all the family.

We had a lovely holiday at 1 Jimmer’s Court. The property was very well equipped and we especially liked the kitchen, which was ideal for cooking up fish dinners with the fish we bought from the shop at the end of the courtyard. Cadgwith Cove is such a special place. The coastal path walk to the Lizard via Church Cove is stunning – with all the wildflowers it’s like a garden – really amazing. The weather was kind, albeit with a keen breeze. We were supposed to visit Easter 2020 – it was well worth waiting for! We will be back in touch next time we visit this very special location.
