Situated in the hamlet of St Ruan, Birdsong Studio is tucked away and offers very comfortable and peaceful (except for the birdsong!) accommodation for two people. This hamlet is just a 10 minute walk to both Cadgwith and Ruan Minor so there is easy access to the beach and sea at Cadgwith and to the shops, pasty maker and market in Ruan Minor. As you stroll down to the sea along a pretty footpath the sounds of robins and blackbirds are replaced by the cry of seagulls. The studio has recently been refurbished with a new kitchen and shower room, so you can enjoy easy living with the treasures of the Lizard peninsula and Cornwall on your doorstep.

ACCOMMODATION: Large LIVING ROOM: with comfortable sofas, TV, dining table and chairs. KITCHEN area: with electric cooker, fridge, microwave. Large patio doors: with views to the garden and to the fields beyond. DOUBLE BEDROOM: attractively furnished with double bed. Ensuite SHOWER ROOM: with large shower, wash basin, WC and heated towel rail. OUTSIDE PATIO area: private patio with garden bench and table overlooking the garden. HEATING: electric. PARKING: space for one car just outside the property. SPECIAL NOTES: the owners adjoin the studio but are completely separate. There is a large garden that can be shared and the owners welcome you to the vegetables and tomatoes from the greenhouse (when in season!). Security Deposit: £100.

Ruth and Anne, Bath What a wonderful place to stay - cosy, comfortable, characterful and charming...so much could be said and has already been said by others. We felt completely at home and were thinking of asking to move in! Debbie and Steve are very warm and welcoming and of course they are very much about how at ease we feel here. Thanks for amazing bread, wine and song! We really hope to come again.

We had a blissfully quiet stay at Birdsong Studio. It is so peaceful – ideal for a relaxing break. The studio is very clean and tidy, with everything you need to hand. You wake up to the smell of bread baking – delicious! The owners, Debbie and Stevyn, are really friendly and helpful.
