Bramble Cottage is one of the larger bungalows at Trevelyan in a quiet situation away from the road and overlooking the countryside. The bonus of a holiday here is peace and quiet, easy parking and a very comfortable base from which to enjoy this special part of Cornwall. Many beaches (Kynance Cove, Kennack Sands, Poldhu Cove) are within easy reach and the South West coastal path is only a short walk away through a nature reserve. The nearby villages of The Lizard, Cadgwith and Mullion offer good pubs, restaurants and interesting shops.

ACCOMMODATION: LOUNGE/DINING ROOM: an open-plan light room with dining table and chairs, sofa, armchair, TV/DVD/sound system, and coal effect fire. Glazed door leads out to the patio leading to grassed area. KITCHEN: well equipped with electric cooker, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine. DOUBLE BEDROOM and TWIN BEDDED ROOM. BATHROOM: with bath, WC, washbasin and electric shower. Separate WC. HEATING: night storage and electric heating. REAR GARDEN: with garden store, small barbecue, and table/chair/parasol set. FRONT GARDEN: picnic table and easy/plentiful PARKING. PETS: one small pet. SPECIAL NOTE: electricity is supplied by £1 coin meter. Towels provided. Security Deposit: £100.

Jos and Martin, Southampton Great cottage. Loved the space. Very quiet site - perfect for us. Lovely weather. Lots of great places locally. We will be back.

We had such a lovely stay at Bramble Cottage. Everything was clean and just what we needed for a brilliant holiday. We will not forget our time here. David [the owner] could not do enough to be helpful via e-mail (and is an excellent artist too!) We will definitely recommend this place to others.
