Here at the Lizard the village provides a great location for exploring this beautiful peninsula. Not only are you surrounded by wonderful cliff walks and long sandy beaches but the village provides a good selection of pubs, restaurants, butcher and delicatessen, grocery store, gift shops, fish and chips, Ann's Famous Pasty Shop and much more. Brock Cottage is located at the end of a quiet residential estate just a few hundred yards from the main village. This semi detached bungalow provides a quiet retreat with easy parking just outside from which to plan your holiday adventures - from walking on the coastal paths to enjoying exhilarating surfing. You are never far from the sea and always reminded when each evning you see the beams from the landmark white lighthouse from Lizard Point. This is a great place from which to enjoy all the wonderful places in Cornwall.
ACCOMMODATION: ENTRANCE PORCH: MAIN LOUNGE: comfortable seating with TV. KITCHEN: fully equipped with elctric cooker, micowave, fridge/freezer, washing machine. LARGE CONSERVATORY: with dining table and chairs leading out to large paved area with a bright mediterranean mosaic. BATHROOM: with bath, shower over bath, W.C. and washbasin. DOUBLE BEDROOM.
