Away from the main living areas you can enjoy a quiet area upstairs where you can read, watch TV or simply look out to sea where you may see ships sailing by. MASTER BEDROOM: pretty double bedded room with French door to garden. TV. Cot. ENSUITE WET ROOM: with shower, WC and washbasin. TWO DOUBLE BEDDED ROOMS. ONE TWIN BEDDED ROOM. Recently refurbished LARGE FAMILY BATHROOM: with bath, separate shower, WC and washbasin. SEPARATE WC.
Stone spiral staircase leads to FIRST FLOOR: landing living area with comfortable seating, TV. LARGE SPACIOUS BEDROOM with 4 single beds. Small cot. DOUBLE BEDDED ROOM. Recently refurbished BATHROOM: with bath, shower over bath, WC and washbasin. BASEMENT: garage area with washing machine and tumble drier, chest freezer. Doors lead out to garden. Table tennis room with bats and ping pong balls, badminton set and other games equipment. GARDENS: very large gardens with new picnic benches, sun loungers and barbeque. PARKING: space for 5 cars. HEATING: night storage and open fire. PETS: two well behaved dogs (but not allowed in bedrooms or on furniture). ELECTRICITY: £200 electricity is inclusive in the rental NOV - MARCH (smart meter in the house). If usage goes above this then there is an extra charge. SPECIAL NOTES: Towels and tea towels provided. High chair available. New broadband router with faster download speed. Some bedrooms and living areas are on the ground floor so would be suitable for the disabled. There would be reductions for smaller groups and for short breaks (out of season). Security Deposit: £100.

Thank you for a lovely stay. The house is beautiful and it is clear to see the happy times that have been shared here by the Girling family. We really felt like we were staying in a home, not just a house. The house is well equipped and in a delightful setting/location. We would highly recommend it to friends and family and hope to stay here again.

A wonderful stay at Ivywell. Ideal for our family group of 14. The teenagers loved the loft room. Excellent kitchen, with so many utensils. We loved Coverack, St Ives by train, river trip to Falmouth etc.
