Jimmer`s Loft provides all the ingredients for a truly great holiday. Situated just a few yards from the beach and providing probably the best views in the cove this is the place for relaxing and enjoying all the amenities of Cadgwith Cove. Cleverly designed using 3 floors there is a large light living area with sea views leading down to bedrooms, bathroom and a children`s playroom. One of the many bonuses of staying here is that you can see all the activity of the cove - watching the fishing boats set sail early in the morning is a highlight. From Jimmer`s Loft there is a pretty alleyway leading to the beach, the fresh fish and crab shops, the Cadgwith Cove Inn, Old Cellars restaurant or just a bit of fishing or rock climbing. We know you are going to have fun!
ACCOMMODATION: SECOND FLOOR: LARGE OPEN PLAN LIVING AREA: KITCHEN AREA: spacious area fully equipped with electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/drier. Views over the thatched cottages. DINING AREA: dining area with table and chairs overlooking the sea and beach. LOUNGE AREA: with comfortable seating and TV/DVD player. Bluetooth speaker(for connecting to phones, ipods, ipads etc). Electric coal effect fire. DOUBLE BEDROOM: with double bed. Wash basin. FIRST FLOOR: TWIN BEDROOM: attractively furnished with twin beds. BATHROOM: with bath, overhead shower, wash basin, and heated towel rail. SEPARATE W.C. SINGLE BEDROOM. GROUND FLOOR: ENTRANCE/PLAYROOM: with table football and games. Good space for wetsuits, kayaks, bikes and beach gear. Leads out to PARKING AREA: there is a shared parking space just outside. If parking is not available at any time there is a permit for the village car park left in the house. COURTYARD: at rear of property. HEATING: night storage heaters and electric heater. SPECIAL NOTES: one small, well-behaved dog welcome; both travel cot and high chair available on request. Towels and tea towels are provided. Security deposit £100.

Thank you for a great few days in this lovely spacious apartment. Lovely views/venue and within a stone’s throw of the pub, where we enjoyed some wonderful sea food.

Great place to stay for a car-free swimming and walking holiday. The hose outside and the facilities for wet gear were really useful. The village has hardly changed since my childhood holidays here in the 1960s. We took the bus to Poldhu Cove – smashing café stop before a glorious coastal walk ‘home’. Kennack Sands another walk/swim/café recommendation.
