The village of Coverack is a hidden gem on the Lizard Peninsula. Windsurfing is also popular here - you can see the coloured sails dancing on the water most days. The owners have made this house a great holiday home and you will love the style and high quality accommodation. Many a wonderful holiday will be spent here as the village offers a good pub, restaurants, cafes, hotel, general stores, arts and craft shops. If you want to tear yourself away then all the rest of Cornwall is within easy reach.

ENSUITE SHOWER ROOM: with WC and washbasin.Two DOUBLE BEDROOMS: one with TV. BATHROOM: with bath, WC, washbasin, heated towel rail. FIRST FLOOR: attractive open tread oak staircase leads to spacious open plan living area. KITCHEN AREA: with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, dining table and chairs. LOUNGE AREA: with comfortable seating, TV and DVD player, radio/CD player. This room offers views of the sea and over Coverack. GARDEN: garden and patio areas. Outside shower, ideal for beach days, plus elevated decking area to enjoy the best of the sea views. HEATING: central heating with Combi boiler. PARKING: space for two cars. SPECIAL NOTES: The property offers Superfast Broadband. Some areas of the garden and the top of the stairs in the living room are not suitable for unsupervised children. We had a wonderful time at Little Fernleigh. I have been to Cornwall many times but never been to Coverack itself and wow, what a stunning village. My sister in law took advantage of the calm seas in the bay to enjoy her passion of open water swimming – even arranging to meet up with a local group while down on holiday. The house itself was perfect – very well equipped with the most comfortable sofas I have ever encountered in a holiday home. All in all we would recommend it to anyone visiting Cornwall and wanting to stay on the Lizard peninsula. We may well be back next year.
