ONE OF OUR NEWEST COTTAGES! Tucked away amongst the pretty cottages in Cadgwith you will find Little Sandcastle only 100 yards from the beach along a pretty footpath. Little Sandcastle has been completely refurbished to a very high standard and with great attention to detail. You will love the slate patio with the large barbeque – even more so on a fine day when you can open the large folding doors to create an incredibly large living space. From here you take the footpath to the fishing cove so you can enjoy all the amenities – the Cadgwith Cove Inn, the Old Cellars restaurant for your meals or just buy a fresh crab or lobster from the Cadgwith Crab Shop. Whatever you do you will have a very peaceful, enjoyable holiday here - you will want to put your flag on this sandcastle!
ACCOMMODATION: Kitchen/Living/Dining area: KITCHEN AREA: with electric multi function cooker, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine. DINING AREA: table and chairs looking down the valley to the sea. LIVING AREA: with comfortable sofa, TV and Bluetooth speaker. Large folding doors open out to the patio. SHOWER ROOM: with electric shower, granite pebble wash basin, heated towel rail and WC. Attractive DOUBLE BEDROOM with sea and village views. HEATING: very efficient electric radiators. LARGE PATIO: with sun loungers, table and chairs and attractive brick barbeque. Shed with tumble drier and space for storing bikes, beach equipment etc. PETS: one medium sized dog welcome. PARKING: private car park area just above the cottage (about 30 yards away). SPECIAL NOTES: Towels provided. This property may be unsuitable for the infirm. Security Deposit: £100.
