Moles Cottage adjoins the main manor house and has been artistically and lovingly restored by the owners. The mix of original features of the cottage – open stone walls and Cornish slate - with bright furnishings makes this open plan living area a very attractive room – ideal for 2 people wanting a very comfortable holiday. Outside you can enjoy the peace and quiet with your own patio area. Tregoning Manor itself offers a woodland walk with streams and waterfalls and St Keverne is only a 10 minute walk away with two pubs, The Greenhouse Restaurant, grocery store, newsagents, Post Office and butchers providing the best of both worlds.

Accommodation: Open plan living area: Kitchen area: with electric cooker, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine. Lounge area; with sofa, freesat TV and DVD player, iPod docking station, CD player and radio. Log burning stove. Shower room: with WC, wash basin and enclosed power shower. Attractively furnished Double Bedroom. Heating: log burning stove (first basket of logs supplied) and radiators – (heating included out of season). Parking: private space for one car. Pets: small dog by arrangement only. Patio: patio area with table and chairs, tree ferns, water feature and sculptures. Chimenea with barbeque grill. Special notes: during Covid-19 the owners request that you suppy bed linen and towels please. This will be subject to review. The owners live in the main manor house which is completely separate but they are usually on hand if there are any problems.
