NEWLY FITTED KITCHEN: with fridge/freezer with water dispenser, electric double oven and separate hob, microwave. Also an ice machine for ice cold drinks. DOUBLE BEDROOM: with king size double bed. Views over the garden. LARGE SHOWER ROOM: with large double shower, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC. GARDEN: spacious garden with beautiful shrubs and private sitting area. DECKING: with sea views. PARKING: plenty of space. A long private drive leads to the property with electric secure gate for entry with buzzer provided. HEATING: underfloor heating. PETS: welcome. SPECIAL NOTES: Towels provided. Travel cot and high chair available on request. This is an annexe to the main house where the owners live with their small well-behaved dog. It is completely separate, private and peaceful. The sofa bed in the lounge area would provide extra sleeping for one or two small children so a property for 2 adults and 2 children (maximum).

We had a lovely week's holiday at Sea Drift. it went too quickly. The house is lovely and the gardens and sea view are amazing which we enjoyed every day, especially our cockapoo who made herself at home!!. Thank you to Gary for his hospitality - nothing is too much trouble and he is so helpful and the cream tea on arrival was delicious. Thank you so much and we would love to come back next year.

Thank you Gary & Victoria for a great week in your lovely, spacious, cosy and well equipped apartment. We felt instantly ‘at home’ and Jim especially loved the garden!!!. We really enjoyed the patio area and watching all the birds and the young fox in the beautiful garden. I had wanted to visit the South Coast of Cornwall for a long-time and I certainly wasn't disappointed! Wonderful coastal walks, spectacular scenery and a profusion of wild flowers. Great to have the walk from the garden into Cadgwith to take Jim in the morning. Thank you for being such friendly, welcoming and helpful hosts and we definitely hope to return before too long.
