A footpath at the bottom of the garden leads to Ruan Minor and then to Cadgwith Cove with the Old Cellars Café, ice cream shop Crows Nest gallery and the Cadgwith Cove Inn. There is no need to even visit a supermarket - with fresh bread at La Petite Boulangerie stall just down the road, the Treleague Farm Dairy just up the road and the Ruan Minor Stores providing all essentials. Pretty walks are everywhere and you can reach the cliffs within 5 minutes. With plenty of outdoor space – your own decking area with comfortable garden sofas and chairs and also a private lawned space with barbeque, firepit, picnic table and wooden loungers you will be spoilt for choice. If you are tempted away then the the Lizard peninsula provides a perfect location for seeing Cornwall’s beaches, rolling countryside and pretty fishing harbours. We can’t wait to welcome you!

Dining table and chairs. Smart 36” TV, DVD player, wifi and Sky TV with Sports and Cinema packages, Alexa. NEWLY FITTED KITCHEN: with fridge/freezer with water dispenser, electric double oven and separate hob, microwave. DOUBLE BEDROOM: with king size double bed. Views over the garden. LARGE SHOWER ROOM: with large double shower, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC. GARDEN: spacious garden with beautiful shrubs and private sitting area. DECKING: with sea views. PARKING: plenty of space. A long private drive leads to the property with electric secure gate for entry with buzzer provided. HEATING: underfloor heating. PETS: welcome. SPECIAL NOTES: Towels provided. Travel cot and high chair available on request. This is an annexe to the main house where the owners live with their small well-behaved dog. It is completely separate, private and peaceful. The sofa bed in the lounge area would provide extra sleeping for one or two small children so a property for 2 adults and 2 children (maximum).
