Large patio doors lead from the living area to the garden enabling very easy living for enjoying the sunshine and a barbeque, weather permitting! Even on a dull day the rooms are light and you can just see the sea! Spring Tide is only a short walk from Cadgwith Cove where you can watch the ebbing and flowing tides on the beach. The fishermen launch their boats from here and later you may be able to sample their catch at the Cadgwith Cove Inn or the Old Cellars restaurant. The village of Ruan Minor has a well stocked grocery store and post office, the village hall with a thriving market every Thursday morning, the village church, tennis courts and children’s play area. Exploring further afield is effortless as there is parking just outside, so trips to St Ives, Falmouth and Penzance are all about 40 minutes away.

The Hawley family A lovely base to explore the area from. Comfortable, welcoming and beautifully clean. Many thanks for the lovely cream tea and the bottle of wine. The garden is a peaceful sun trap.

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful cottage. There was plenty of room for all of us and added extras to make it Christmassy. The cottage was very warm and comfortable and provided everything that we needed. Thank you for a lovely stay.
