Property details

Situated in the village of St Keverne, The Coach House is a very comfortable cottage with a pretty courtyard behind. It was sympathetically converted to a high standard from the old coach house and stable for the White Hart public house. Originally built in 1820 it retains a lot of character with its beamed ceilings and feature stone walls. St Keverne is a friendly village centred on the historic village square with its church, two good pubs - one an award winning restaurant - village store, newsagent, post office, butcher and an excellent bistro. Coverack, Porthoustock and Porthallow are all a very short distance away so you can be by the sea in minutes - perfect for spreading out your rug, unpacking a picnic and letting the sound of the waves wash every-day cares away. Cadgwith is a 15 minute drive away and the main towns of Falmouth, Truro, Penzance, St Ives are all within easy reach. The area has many beautiful walks both inland and coastal. If you are wanting a holiday full of activity such as sea fishing, scuba diving, kayaking and sailing then this is the place for you and alternatively if you want to relax and just enjoy the area with a clotted cream tea or a glass of wine overlooking the sea the there are great places to do just that very thing.
