The outside patio with table and chairs opens out from the kitchen area and steps lead down to a lower patio with garden bench – a very sheltered sun trap. Within a couple of minutes’ walk you are in the cove with the Cadgwith Cove Inn, Old Cellars Café, gift shop and a fresh fish shop. Ruan Minor is also a short walk away with its village store and Thursday market. A great location for both couples and families.

ACCOMMODATION: ENTRANCE: into large LIVING AREA: light airy space with high ceiling and wooden loft beams. LOUNGE AREA: with comfortable sofas and chairs, log burning stove and TV. KITCHEN/DINING AREA: attractive new kitchen very well equipped with dishwasher, electric hob and separate oven, fridge/freezer and microwave. DINING AREA: with large dining table and chairs. Patio doors lead out to patio area with table and chairs. Steps lead down to another patio area with garden bench. BEDROOM: with king sized bed and doors also lead out to patio area. ENSUITE BATHROOM: with bath and overhead shower, W.C. and wash basin. STAIRS to: LOWER FLOOR: TWIN BEDDED ROOM: with twin beds. BUNK BEDDED ROOM. Large BATHROOM: with bath and overhead shower, W.C. and wash basin. UTILITY ROOM: with washer/drier and sink unit. DOOR leads out to lower patio with garden bench and provides a good drying area.
