We can’t wait to show you Tregastel. This is a modern house and provides very comfortable easy living with the beauty and character of Cadgwith on your doorstep. Just tucked away from the road and with private parking it is an excellent spot to enjoy the cove itself or explore the rest of Cornwall - just perfect for kayaking or cycling around the area. The outside patio with table and chairs opens out from the kitchen area and steps lead down to a lower patio with garden bench – a very sheltered sun trap. Within a couple of minutes’ walk you are in the cove with the Cadgwith Cove Inn, Old Cellars Café, gift shop and a fresh fish shop. Ruan Minor is also a short walk away with its village store and Thursday market. A great location for both couples and families.
ACCOMMODATION: ENTRANCE: into large LIVING AREA: light airy space with high ceiling and wooden loft beams. LOUNGE AREA: with comfortable sofas and chairs, log burning stove and TV. KITCHEN/DINING AREA: attractive new kitchen very well equipped with dishwasher, electric hob and separate oven, fridge/freezer and microwave. DINING AREA: with large dining table and chairs. Patio doors lead out to patio area with table and chairs. Steps lead down to another patio area with garden bench. BEDROOM: with king sized bed and doors also lead out to patio area. ENSUITE BATHROOM: with bath and overhead shower, W.C. and wash basin. STAIRS to: LOWER FLOOR: TWIN BEDDED ROOM: with twin beds. BUNK BEDDED ROOM. Large BATHROOM: with bath and overhead shower, W.C. and wash basin. UTILITY ROOM: with washer/drier and sink unit. DOOR leads out to lower patio with garden bench and provides a good drying area. OUTSIDE: two patio areas at rear of the house. There is a small lawn at the front of the house. All areas are fully enclosed so dog friendly. Barbeque available. PARKING: space for one car on the private drive. Weekly tickets are also available in the main car park next door. HEATING: log burning stove, air source heat pump provides underfloor heating. PETS: welcome (up to 2 dogs). SPECIAL NOTES: towels are inclusive in the rental. There are steps in and around the house so may be unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. Stairgate available. Travel cot and high chair available on request. Security deposit: £100.
