This beautiful farmhouse has recently been very lovingly refurbished to a very high standard. If you have never experienced a holiday on the Lizard Peninsula before one of the main surprises is that you are never far away from the sea. With Trevallack Farmhouse you arrive along a high sided Cornish lane with views of rolling green fields and countryside and yet the cliffs and beaches are less than two miles away. Coverack and Porthallow are pretty fishing coves close by and the village of St Keverne with its traditional village square, pubs, shops and restaurants is only a 10 minute walk away. With beautiful colours on the walls, original beams, granite fireplace, slate floors and space overflowing it will be a holiday to remember.

ACCOMMODATION:- GROUND FLOOR. Enter into the KITCHEN: spacious new kitchen: extremely well equipped, with large island with bar stools. Gas hob and electric oven, large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine. UTILITY ROOM:- with washing machine, tumble dryer, airer, additional fridge, freezer, ice machine. DINING ROOM;-with large table and chairs. LOUNGE:- with comfortable sofas, granite fireplace and log burning stove. Smart TV. DOUBLE BEDROOM:- King sized double bed. Door to outside. SHOWER ROOM:- with W.C. washbasin and shower. FIRST FLOOR: DOUBLE BEDROOM:- with super king sized bed and country side views. DOUBLE/TWIN BEDROOM:- with zip link bed – can be made into twin or king sized double. BUNK BEDDED ROOM. BATHROOM:- with bath with overhead shower, W.C., wash basin and sloping ceiling. OUTSIDE AREAS:- PATIO AREA:- with table and chairs. GARDEN:- with barbeque, area for hanging wetsuits, washing line. PARKING: plenty of space for 4 cars. Outside area fully enclosed making it safe for small children and dogs. HEATING: oil-fired central heating, underfloor heating and log burning stove. SPECIAL NOTES: WiFi. Towels provided. Cot and high chair available. Firewood available to buy from the owners. For smaller groups a discount can be offered for out of season breaks. Security deposit £100.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. The house was super cosy and a very welcome cake on arrival! Thank you, Nessie, for being so quick to respond to queries about logs and heating. We really enjoyed the peace and location – we will definitely be back! The Mackerel Sky seafood bar in Newlyn is well worth a visit, and a paddle at Porthcurno.

We have had a fantastic couple of weeks in an area we know and love so well. We were blessed with good weather, which greatly aided our boating and beach excursions. Trevallack is a lovely farmhouse in true Lizard style which has been beautifully refurbished with excellent taste. An excellent base from which to explore this magnificent part of Cornwall.
