We are very excited about Trewidden caravan so don’t just think I don’t want a caravan holiday. Read on – this caravan is hidden away just above Cadgwith Cove along the coastal footpath. Set in its own private sheltered garden you have the benefits of just a short walk into the village and yet a pretty peaceful area where you can relax and unwind. If you are a couple or a small family this is a great place to discover this beautiful part of Cornwall. With easy parking and the wonderful location you could easily call this glamping! The cliffs are just 50 yards away and take you along the very scenic walk past the Devil’s Frying Pan (a spectacular coast feature just quarter of a mile south of Cadgwith on the South West coast path. It is formed from the collapsed roof of a sea cave with a remaining arch of rock.) The path then takes you along to the Lizard Point. This must undoubtedly be one of the best walks in Cornwall.

We really enjoyed our stay at Trewidden Caravan. The caravan itself was fantastic for us as a smallish family for the week. It was spotlessly clean and despite the limited space had all the kitchen equipment you could need, even down to food storage boxes, picnic plates etc. It has been tastefully furnished and the bedding, towels etc are good quality. We especially liked the location and were delighted to be just a few minutes walk from the Devil's Frying Pan and Cadgwith village (albeit a pretty steep walk coming back). The garden was very pretty and again had all we needed - picnic table and four recliner sun beds for relaxing. The owners/managers next door were very friendly but discreet so we pretty much only saw them on arrival and when we left, but they couldn't have been more helpful when we asked. Lovely touch to have a huge tin of freshly homemade muffins on arrival - much appreciated.
