It is a simple chic semi-detached cottage with a nautical theme. Ruan Minor is a short walk up from Cadgwith Cove and the serpentine beach at Poltesco, close to many coves and stunning beaches such as Kennack Sands. You would be ideally positioned for good pubs and seafood restaurants plus coastal walks exploring the unique geology, flora and fauna of the Lizard peninsula. Whether you are looking for a beach holiday, a hiking holiday or just a quiet hideaway this well-furnished 19th century cottage is just the job.
ACCOMMODATION: GROUND FLOOR: front door leads into open plan KITCHEN/DINING/LOUNGE AREA. KITCHEN AREA: recently fitted with electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dining table and chairs. LOUNGE AREA: with sofa and chair, TV and DVD player. FIRST FLOOR: large DOUBLE BEDROOM: light large room with balcony overlooking the garden. SHOWER ROOM: with shower, WC, washbasin and heated towel rail. HEATING: night storage and electric heaters. GARDEN: with table and chairs. PARKING: in the small chapel car park near to the property. Security Deposit: £100.

A lovely peaceful stay at Monte Carlo. A nice little cottage. We visited Kennack Sands, Poltesco, Cadgwith, Housel Bay and the hotel for lunch, and Kynance Cove. All on good weather days. Thank you for the flowers and cream tea.
