When you are on holiday here on the Lizard it's great to find a house that is close to a beautiful fishing cove and near a village with good amenities. Hazel Tree House provides that location - only a 15 minute walk into Cadgwith and just a 5 minute walk to Ruan Minor with its brilliant general stores and Thursday market. Also about 100 yards away is the Treleague Farm Shop and cafe - offering "real" milk and great fresh produce. The bungalow has recently been refurbished and provides a good space whether you are wanting a family holiday or just a comfortable holiday for a couple. Park just outside and begin your easy living holiday!
ACCOMMODATION: Large entrance hall. Plenty of space for coats, shoes, bodyboards etc. KITCHEN/DINING ROOM: newly fitted with induction hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Dining table and chairs. LOUNGE: with comfortable sofas and chairs and TV. Large fireplace with wood- burning stove. DOUBLE BEDROOM: with king sized double bed and ensuite shower room with WC and wash basin. DOUBLE BEDROOM: with king sized double bed. TWIN BEDROOM. BATHROOM: with bath, shower cubicle, W.C. and wash basin. GARDEN: large garden with picnic table. PARKING: plenty of space for 3 cars and electric charging point (supplement for car charging). HEATING: oil fired central heating and wood-burning stove. SPECIAL NOTES: towels are provided. A lovely week. Great house. Lots of lovely walks, in particular Lizard to Kynance Cove – beautiful beach and saw lots of seals. Cadgwith Cove Inn, Amelies in Porthleven and the Seafood Café in St Ives all great places to eat. Smugglers fish and chips at the Lizard very good too. All in all a great week’s holiday.
