The village of Coverack is a hidden gem on the Lizard Peninsula. Situated between the Lizard Point and Falmouth Bay, Coverack is a pretty village with whitewashed thatched cottages, a traditional Cornish harbour with fishing boats, crab pots and fishermen mending their nets. Windsurfing is also popular here - you can see the coloured sails dancing on the water most days. Little Fernleigh is a modern house overlooking the sea and only a minute’s walk to the beach - it offers comfortable easy living in a wonderful location. The owners have made this house a great holiday home and you will love the style and high quality accommodation. Many a wonderful holiday will be spent here as the village offers a good pub, restaurants, cafes, hotel, general stores, arts and craft shops. Another delightful stay at Little Fernleigh. The property is excellent and a great base for exploring the coastal path and local villages.

We had a lovely week at Little Fernleigh and wish we could have stayed longer. We particularly liked the location, the peace and quiet, the fantastic views and the fact that the place was so welcoming. It would have been helpful to have WiFi, especially as our car broke down, but thanks to Roger (the caretaker) who phoned and arranged repairs to the car.
