If you are looking for a spacious, comfortable home in an ideal location for exploring the delights of the Lizard peninsula, then look no further than Tremarne. Boasting stunning views of Cadgwith Cove, the property has a lovely family feel, whilst also offering modern amenities including a recently installed kitchen and bathroom with walk-in shower. The semi-detached house, which has an enclosed garden and plenty of parking. The gardens are full of established shrubs together with many palm trees giving the house a truly mediterranean feel. It is just a five-minute walk from Cadgwith with the fishing boats, beaches, Cadgwith Cove Inn, Old Cellars Restaurant, fresh fish and crab, and two craft shops. It is also only two minutes on foot to the village shop and post office in Ruan Minor. Ruan Minor also has a thriving market, village church, Recreation Ground Pavillion and tennis court. Tremarne is very comfortably furnished, making for easy living, whilst its private yet central location makes exploring the many attractions of the area an easy option, whether by car or on foot.

ACCOMMODATION: GROUND FLOOR: KITCHEN: fully equipped with electric cooker, dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer, microwave and fridge/freezer. SHOWER ROOM: with WC and washbasin. DINING ROOM: with large dining table and chairs. LOUNGE: with comfortable seating and beautiful views over Cadgwith, TV and Freeview, DVD, plus lots of games for any inclement days. FIRST FLOOR: large DOUBLE BEDROOM. Small DOUBLE BEDROOM: with 4ft bed; both with sea views. Recently re-fitted BATHROOM: with bath, walk-in power shower, WC and heated towel rail. Attic FAMILY ROOM: with 2 single beds (3ft) and one single bed with pull-out bed underneath. HEATING: night storage and open fire. GARDEN: spacious attractive garden with table and chairs and sunloungers overlooking the sea. Small gate leads to private sitting area overlooking fields and Cagdwith. Picnic table. PARKING: plenty of parking space for 3 cars. SPECIAL NOTES: DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED UPSTAIRS OR ON THE FURNITURE. Mr and Mrs Sykes, Devon We had a lovely stay at Tremarne and a great mix of weather - very hot and then fascinatingly misty! We loved the house. It was 10 years ago that we last stayed there and we noticed some updates and changes - all good. We certainly hope to visit again and we have already recommended Tremarne.

Nina and Richard Aked and family, Yorkshire Lovely house - thoughtfully arranged - and perched on the edge of heaven. The week has flown by....we have loved it.
